For our 1st year anniversary I took Ali on a hot air balloon ride thanks to lollipop air balloon rides in chester springs, pa. The afternoon started with the blowing up of the balloon. They start with fans, and then use propane to get the hot air going. We hop in the basket, and up we go watching everything including the other balloon get smaller and smaller. Gliding along we find our landing area. Target the front lawn of someones house. The local children follow us down the street in excitement. Touchdown! We land and everyone helps with the take down of the balloon. This was one of the coolest experiences we have ever had. The pilot ,crew, and weather were amazing. To end it we had a wonderful sunset. Hope you enjoy the images.

So it has been awhile since I last posted, but here are a few shots taken on the 4th of july this year in Long Branch, NJ. With the cold weather approaching I thought a few warm shots could keep us going a little longer. Cheers!
Here are some images I shot during the 2011 Philadelphia Bike Race. This was a great day for the riders overcast, and cool unlike the past race 90 to 100 degrees plus the Philly humidity. Ali and I also had the oppurtunity to meet some great people, and sat down for a wonderful lunch at Agiato who offers not only fantastic food but also a great selection of beer, wine, cheese. This was definitely a wonderful day to spent with my wife and a bike race.

One week to go until our much need vacation. The days go by so slow. Three days left. Then the biggest snowstorm to hit Philadelphia barrels in. Great! My awesome uncle drives us to New Jersey the next night, but when we get there we realize I don’t have my passport. Haha! Back to PA then NJ again. Finally on the plane. Next stop Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Staying at the beautiful Riu Palace! On this wonderful trip we had the opportunity to go whale watching. This is a hot spot for mother Humpback whales to teach their young how to swim, dive, eat, and have fun. We headed to a beach that had two names. On the Sea of Cortez side it was called Lovers Beach, and the Pacific side was called Divorce Beach. I believe the titles came from the rough ocean and the calm sea. The sea lions smelled really bad but knew how to pose for the camera. Oo yea how can I forget we met a horse named Chronic. Haha! If you end up going to Cabo, the marina is a cool spot in town to check out. I recommend buying art from a store in the mall called 100% Mexico. So this is part 1 of 2 for images more to come soon.

Ali and I took advantage of a sweet deal on adventure aqurium tickets and spent the day there. We hung out with sharks, hippos, salt and freshwater fish. We also had the chance to touch sharks and stingrays! It was a very fun day and hope to do it again.

Three years ago Ali and I have started a Linvilla tradition (as have most who live in the area). On this day we pick our over-sized over the top pumpkins, get lost in the huge corn maze, weave our way thru the massive amount of people waiting for all that delicious food. Then hop in the pie line and grab some hot pies and apple cider. I think this is my favorite day of the year!
